large imageIf you are brave enough to enter Chadstone on Wednesday evening, you will find yourself fighting against throngs of shoppers rushing through the centre. There are always plenty of sales and deals to be found on the night, foreshadowing the upcoming Boxing Day sales. Chadstone becomes like a conveyor belt of frenzied shoppers during peak times, and you will not find respite in the food court either, as avid shoppers fuel their gift finding mission. Around midnight, the
people start thinning out, and you can enjoy a leisurely shopping trip. While not all shops stay open for the entire 34 hour trade, all of the larger retailers such as department stores are open continuously. Nourishment is available in the food court all night. After the 34 hour trade event, Chadstone closes for Christmas Day- only to open again on the 26th, for their famous boxing day sales.
