    What is an E-ticket?

    An E-ticket is distributed to you via email only. Upon entry, you will need to present your identifiation and, if requested by the promoter, the credit card that was used in the transaction. RA recommends printing the email just incase there are problems gaining access to the event.

    How secure is my personal information?

    RA employs a bank grade 128bit SSL encryption from VeriSign to protect your card details and personal information when the payment is being processed. To ensure maximum security and privacy for your information RA does not store your credit card details. RA only stores the last 4 digits of the card number for reference

    Ticket pricing and availability

    RA sells tickets on behalf of promoters and venues. This means RA does not set the ticket price. These ticket prices also includes local taxes.

    Tickets purchased on RA are subject to a per ticket, non-refundable booking fee.

    Why was my purchase unsuccessful?

    It's possible you entered incorrect credit card details or the account you are using has insufficient funds. Your expiry date may have been incorrect or you may not have enter the correct CVV number (AMEX).

    Can I obtain a refund on tickets I have bought?

    There are currently no refunds for the majority of events unless the event is cancelled. This is covered in the terms and conditions during purchase and is a standard set by the majority of promoters.
